THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE AND GOVERNING BODIES The management of the Association is carried out on the principles of democracy, publicity, electiveness of the governing bodies, subordination and accountability of the governing bodies in a hierarchical order, observance of discipline, accounting for the regulatory documents of the Association. The basis of the structure of the Association is directly the members of the Association, which unite into the Regional Branches of the Association. Regional branches of the Association can be registered as a legal entity or legalized by notification in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The activities of the regional branches of the Association are carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the Regional Branches approved by the Council of the Association or their Charters, the text of which was agreed upon at a meeting of the Council of the Association.
The Association has the following management and control bodies: the Congress of the Association (the highest collegial governing body of PUAVS), the Council of the Association and the Presidium of the Association headed by the President of PUAVS (managing executive bodies of PUAVS), the Executive Committee of the Association headed by the Executive Director of PUAVS (executive body of PUAVS), The Audit Commission of the Association (the controlling body of PUAVS).
PUAVS management
Members of the PUAVS Presidium Presidium of PUAVS is the governing executive body of the Association, which carries out the current and operational management of the Association between meetings of PUAVS Council, and also controls and regulates the activities of PUAVS Executive Committee and other statutory bodies of the Association or their separate divisions within its powers. The PUAVS Council is the governing executive body of the Association, which carries out general management of the Association between meetings of the PUAVS Congress, and also controls and regulates the activities of the Presidium of PUAVS and Regional branches of PUAVS. The PUAVS Council consists (as members of the Council): PUAVS President, PUAVS Vice Presidents, Executive Director of PUAVS, members of the PUAVS Presidium elected at the Association Congress, as well as the Chairmen of all registered Regional branches of PUAVS, namely:
Members of the PUAVS Audit Commission Control over the implementation of decisions and verification of the activities of the Association, its structural divisions and enterprises created with the participation of the Association, is carried out by the PUAVS Audit Commission, which is elected by the Congress of the Association and is accountable to it. The PUAVS Audit Commission has advisory and control powers on the issues of financial activities and targeted use of the Association's assets. The PUAVS Audit Commission includes:
